SPE 100F - Fieldwork: Historical, Philosophical & Legal Foundation of Special Education (1)

The fieldwork experience includes thirty hours of internship in an assigned school (public, private or public charter) working with students with identified disabilities. Assignments and reflective journal writing are designed to help students connect theory to practice from SPE100. Students are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from fieldwork schools. Prerequisite: ED 104 recommended. SPE 100 required to be taken concurrently or in a previous semester. Spring semester.
