ART 254 - Time-Based Art Practices and Theory (3 Cr.)
An intensive course focusing on concepts, principles, methods, techniques, and vocabulary of time-based media in visual arts. This course includes readings, screenings, and discussions of historic and contemporary time-based media. Projects explore video, sound, animation, performance, and time-based installation artwork. Spring semester. Offered 2015 and alternate years. Delaney.
