DAN 320 - Ballet Technique III (1.5-2.0 Cr.) (GEN. ED. #9 with any other Modern Technique course)
Further study in classical ballet at the high intermediate level. This course will focus on refinement of skills, complex movement vocabulary, and the in-depth technical development necessary for promotion to advanced study in . Development of performance skills, theoretical aspects of technique, and knowledge of dance as an expressive art form will be examined. Repeatable up to three times for credit. Prerequisite: department placement in DAN 320 or higher. Fall semester, repeated spring semester. Department.
