RLG 268 - Chinese Philosophy (4 Cr.)

An analysis of Asian philosophical and religious texts with particular emphasis on the Chinese tradition. Students read selected works from the vast scholarly literature of the Daoist, Buddhist, and Confucian traditions, and situate these text, their authors, and the schools they represent within their historical context.
