BUS 246 - Understanding and Managing Employees (4 Cr.)
This course examines the role of the employee and their actions within organizations. This includes motivation, group dynamics, individual behavior and the systems and procedures that maximize its delivery. The areas covered include hiring, rewarding, and developing employees to deliver an organization’s strategy. Offered every semester beginning fall 2017. Bowen and Hubbard.
