DAN 121 - Ballet Technique I (1.5 - 2.0 Cr.) (LER-ARC)
An elementary course in classical ballet technique for students with prior training in ballet. Students will develop vocabulary, technical skills, flexibility, stamina, and strength. The theoretical and analytical aspects of technique and knowledge of ballet as an expressive art form will also be examined. Repeatable up to three times for credit. Prerequisite: placement in DAN 121 or above. Fall semester, repeated spring semester.
