CPED 251 - Being the Best I Can Be: Using Science to Optimize Performance and Life (4 Cr.)
Have you ever wondered if you could be faster, stronger, smarter, learn more, or live a healthier life? In this course we will explore the scientific process and how it can be applied to issues of performance and life. We will learn to find and evaluate research articles as we explore a variety of biological and psychological factors that influence performance. Students will work in small groups to develop scientifically supported performance optimizing strategies. Students are limited to one CPE course per semester. Wilterdink.
