PHY 543 - Principles of Physics II (4 Cr.)
A continuation of PHY 542 .Waves, sound, optics, electricity and magnetism, modern physics. Mechanical and electromagnetic wave motion, acoustics, resonance, the nature of light and color, geometrical and physical optics, static electricity, DC and AC circuits, relativity, the Bohr atom, atomic and nuclear physics. Three hours lecture and three hours laboratory. Prerequisite: PHY 542 . Spring semester.
