Visual and Material Culture Minor

Students minoring in VMC must complete the following required courses (20 credits). Courses must be passed with a grade of C- or better to count towards the minor.

Core Requirements:

All students who minor in the Visual and Material Culture Program are required to complete the following courses:

VMC 103 - Introduction to Global Visual Culture (4 Cr.)
VMC 215 - Museums, Exhibitions, and the History of Collecting (4 Cr.)
VMC 200-level course (4 credits)
VMC 300-level course (4 credits)
VMC or LIT courses at any level (two 2-credit courses or one 4-credit course)
