TOPIC FOR 2012-2013: VIRGINIA WOOLF: HER WORK AND WORLD
Virginia Stephen Woolf, novelist, essayist, and critic remains one of the most important and influential writers of the modern world. This seminar focuses on close reading of the majority of her major works within the historical, intellectual and aesthetic context of the Bloomsbury Group, feminism and Modernism.
