BIO 336 - Cellular Biology (4 Cr.)

An in-depth study of how eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells function at the cellular and molecular level. Topics include the composition and structure of the cell membrane, cytoplasm, and organelles in relation to transport, communication, metabolism, division, and locomotion. Three hours classroom, three hours laboratory. Pre-requisites: BIO 220, BIO 224 , one additional 200-level or higher biology course, and CHE 230. Fall Semester. Offered Fall 2024 and alternate years.
